Some people think endlessly about happiness, what makes them happy, how they can become happier, how they can eliminate the sadness and depression they have and become the happy, up beat person they want to be.

This is simply the best way you can describe happiness in just 5 simple words. Happiness is not in an item nor is it in a certain amount of money, its in you. Now i know what your thinking
"If it's in me then why don't i feel it?"
Well simply you don't feel it because your the one pushing it down.
"How's that?" You ask
When you scroll down instagram and see the beautiful models with the perfect bodies or the rappers with the cars, houses, chains, etc you automatically compare yourself to them, But heres a little secret... There bluffing! The models of instagram don't look that good without the filters and the FaceTune, and they didn't just wake up one day with an outstanding figure they surprisingly work very hard to keep and maintain there body
YOU THINK THOSE BUBBLE BUTTS ARE ALL NATURAL!?!?!?
You must be a fool to think that. Either one of 2 things is happening
1. BUTT INJECTIONS
OR
2. Squats, Kale, and even more squats
DING DING DING i think we found a winner its clearly number 2, now sure could some of them have paid a sketchy plastic surgeon to inject some liquids in there peaches to help make them plump, of course but the majority of them put in countless amount of hours working out and eating the right thing.
"How is this relevant to my happiness?"
Well don't you see?! They have to put in time and energy to get what they want, same with the rappers who put in countless studio hours and write thousands of lines just so they can let there voice be heard. If you want to find your happiness you have to work for it.
"What do you mean? How do i work for my happiness?"
Well you can't just snap your fingers and poof your happy, try it i dare you.
*snap*

"REALLY!?!?"
No silly, now what i mean by "work for your happiness" is you have to put in time to make yourself happy weather it means you have to put time in the people around you and either keep friendships or create new ones. it could also mean bettering your life with things like meditation, yoga, healthy eating, exercise all these things can vastly improve your life.
"That seems like soooooo much work"
But its not!! I'm not telling you to do all that in one day, its all about gradually introducing each of those in your life. for example maybe start with some simple healthy snacks instead of all those delicious carbs and sugars we can't resist and maybe add a 30 min walk every other day a few days after you started eating healthier. you don't have to change every aspect of ur life in 2 days thats how we get overwhelmed and therefore we would never accomplish anything that way.
